FAQ

By bringing unique services to our customers, we are able to differentiate ourselves from the competition. On this page, we'll clarify the products and services we offer.

We try to make it as simple as possible for our clients to work with us. By developing a strong relationship with each customer, we hope that they will contact us for any needs that arise.
 
 

1. MOQ  
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for most items are 500pcs -1000pcs/item/colour. For special items, please contact your customer representative for details.

 

2. Trade Terms
Normally we would quote the products in terms of FOB Shenzhen for big amount and EXW for small amount, unless specially required.

 

3. Payment Terms
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) for standard customer is accepted. However for VIP customers, better payment terms are negotiable.

 

4. Lead Time
Lead time for most products is 30 days after sample confirmed. For special or urgent items, please contact your customer representative for details.

 

5. Shipping Method
It depends on your requirements. We can help you to advise the most suitable way to deliver the goods if you have no shipping forwarder in China.

 

6. Sample Charge
Yes. However most samples charge can be refunded when mass production order is placed.

 

8. OEM/ODM Project
OEM/ODM projects are available. Our marketing team will work with engineers and designers to provide best solutions for the project.
The MOQ for customized products and material is varied from 1000pcs to 3000pcs or even more, depending on the product.
Customers copyright or business confidential will be secured by signing the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with customers.

 

9. Customized Packaging
Yes, if required, we have in-house designers to design the  packaging. MOQ is from 3000pcs to 5000pcs per design, depending on the packaging method.

 

10. RMA policy
Sometimes the goods doesn’t arrive in good condition due to shipment problem or other reason. If there is any product defect, please inform us within 30 days from receiving the goods.
